The promise covers the quoted deliverable. It does not cover a new brief, extra shoot days, or venue failures such as power loss we flagged on the recce.
Live work: we plan bandwidth and carry a record backup. We cannot control a hall generator that dies after doors open.

1. Who we are

2. The website
You may view and share pages for ordinary business use. Do not scrape the file or pass BMC stills off as your own. Prices on the site are invitations to treat.
3. Quotes
A job starts when both sides accept a written quote. Changes after acceptance can change price and date. Deposits in the quote are due before mobilisation.
4. Client materials
You confirm you have the right to supply scripts, logos, music, locations and people we record.
5. Deliverables
Finished files stay BMC property until the invoice is paid. After payment you receive a licence for the stated use. Rushes and project files stay with BMC unless the quote says otherwise.
6. Drone and live
Aerial work is flown by licensed pilots only where a flight is safe and legal. Live work depends on venue power and connectivity.
7. Liability
BMC is not liable for indirect loss. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for that job, except where Lesotho law does not allow a limit.
8. Law
Law of the Kingdom of Lesotho. Courts in Maseru, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
